  I remember the brothers telling me that once Easter was passed, it was OK to eat an Easter chocolate Bunny, or egg, but before Easter it was not ok...

  Oh good grief..!!! JWs seem to have more rules than the I.R.S. code book.

  ok, its happened again!

  but not to me this time, my 12 year old son.. last night he fell asleep on the couch, so i left him there and went to bed.

  he wolk up about 3 am, and walked upstairs to his bedroom.

  I'm not too sure, but I think it had something to do with the LSD I had taken earlier. Just a guess.

  once in a while, not often, i might fell like saying a few words to god in prayer, but i don't do it, knowing that it's a waste of time, because it won't make a difference..

  Well then, you're about halfway there. Next, If you ask for something, be positive and expectant (but make sure what you ask for is for the greater good). my 2 cents.

  If you are so brave, why don't you post your real name and the congregation you go to? Not that brave, I guess.

  Oh, I don't know, but posting his PICTURE all over the place seems to be braver than most Swords people on this board. And by the way "kettle calling the pot black" SOJ - what's your real name and what congregation do you attend?

  as you are all aware i am new to the board, this is my third topic post.

  since i have come online and expressed some concerns regarding docturnal issues, i have been pm'd by several active jw's on the board pretending to have concerns also but then sending pm's to "trust in the congregation and jevovah", "talk to the elders about your concerns" and "stick close to the congregation".

  i would like to make this known loud and clear -

  honestly I don't want to know my years have been wasted.

  Well, you wouldn't be the first one who thought that way. I don't think anything we learn in life is a waste.... look at where you are now, and if you know where you want to go, just look down the road a piece to see what the future holds.

  I'm glad you're on the board. Thanks for sharing about those trying to dissuade you from moving forward. I look forward to your posts.
